AHP's affiliate, the Capital Affordable Housing Funding Corp. (CAHFC) was founded in 1989 to pool low-cost mortgage lending capital with flexible underwriting criteria. The lending consortium has financed over $21 million in affordable low and moderate-income home purchase and rental project financing in conjunction with our many bank partners.
From time to time, CAHFC takes title to homes it previously held a mortgage on. Foreclosed CAHFC homes are typically listed for sale by real estate agents on the Multiple Listing Service and are available for sale to the general public. Speak with your RealtorŪ for details about property available.
