founded in 1989 to pool low-cost mortgage lending capital with
flexible underwriting criteria. The lending consortium has financed
over $21
million in affordable low/mod home purchase and rental project financing.

Community Land Trust - AHP works closely with the Albany Community
Land Trust to redevelop homes for permanent affordable ownership in the City
of Albany. |

United Tenants of Albany
- UTA provides advocacy for tenants throughout Albany County. UTA has played
an important role in the creation of several related initiatives including the
Albany Community Land Trust and Capital District Community Loan Fund. |

SHOP-Capital
- AHP has partnered with
HSBC Mortgage,
Freddie Mac, Better
Neighborhoods Inc. and the TRIP NeighborWorks Homeownership Center to offer
homebuyers in Albany, Schenectady and Troy a great package of resources.
