November workshops scheduled

February 2, 2009 (Albany, NY) – The Affordable Housing Partnership announced today that they have selected Neil Hannan of TD Banknorth as their 2008 Corporate Partner of the Year. At TD Banknorth, Mr. Hannan serves as Vice President, Commercial Banking and has been with the company and its predecessors since 1992.

Mr. Hannan has served on the board of the Partnership’s affiliate Capital Affordable Housing Funding Corporation since 1995, has chaired its real estate committee since 2001 and has served as Board President for the past two years. 

Through his volunteer leadership, Mr. Hannan has brought a high level of professionalism to the management of Capital Affordable properties. He has overseen the sale of more than 36 properties, personally inspecting each property, coordinating services with Realtors and negotiating purchase contracts. He has looked for creative ways to help non-profit agencies acquire and manage properties.
