 | History - The Affordable Housing Partnership of the Capital Region, Inc. (AHP) and its
affiliate, the Capital Affordable Housing Funding Corp. were incorporated in
1989 to pool low-cost mortgage lending capital with flexible and affordable underwriting.
AHP's services have grown to include a
wide range of resources to help Capital District residents build assets and be
successful homeowners while strengthening area neighborhoods. We work closely
with the Albany Community
Land Trust and
Community Realty at our Homeownership Center.
