Income Guidelines

Many (but not all) down payment assistance programs have limits to the maximum gross income you can earn and still be eligible for the program. Often the income limits are based on HUD guidelines published each year. If you are close to the maximum income limit, please check in with each program administrator and have them confirm your eligibility.
